Honesty, fairness and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. We’ll explain your pet’s condition, discuss the available treatment options and their likely costs, and help you make informed decisions without pressure or judgement.

We understand that veterinary bills can sometimes be unexpected. To help make treatment more manageable, we offer payment options through Klarna for eligible costs up to £1,000, subject to approval and terms.

Continuity of care — familiar faces who know your pet

We aim to work with visiting veterinary professionals who can provide additional services within our practice.

By bringing appropriate specialist and advanced services to Kookaburra, we hope to reduce the need for pets and their owners to travel long distances for certain procedures and investigations.

We understand that cats have very different needs from dogs, particularly when visiting the vet.

That’s why we’ve designed our practice with cats in mind, including:

– A dedicated cat consultation room
– A separate cat ward for hospitalised patients
– A calm environment designed to minimise stress

Our aim is to make veterinary visits as comfortable as possible for our feline patients.
