Our goal
The aim of KVP will be to provide veterinary services that are affordable for all levels of income within the local community. Our ethos is that all pets deserve even the most basic healthcare. We want to encourage all our community clients to seek veterinary care for their pets and aim to provide the highest standards tailored to their finances as best as possible.
We are aware that continuity of care is a highly valued aspect of a veterinary practice and will aim to provide this to the best of our ability. We are also keen to work with local animal charities and develop a relationship with them to promote responsible pet ownership in the community.
We will provide our services with honesty and transparency with the quality of life of the pet being paramount. We would like to establish a clinic environment where our colleagues enjoy coming to work and where clients trust us to provide high quality care at affordable prices.
The highest level of comfort for our patients is extremely important to us and we will strive to reduce stress and fear for dogs and for cats. We will be designing the practice to allow us to achieve a minimum of silver Cat Friendly Clinic status and, in the future, we will be hoping to achieve Fear-Free status for dogs, as well as becoming a Zero Pain Philosophy clinic.
